Topi Lehtipuu and soprano Helena Juntunen have devised a dramatic programme especially for our audiences. Based on a true story, it consists of a dialogue between the renowned Swedish soprano Birgit Nilsson and her obsessive stalker Nell Theobald. The relationship between this “stalker” – a model and actress – acquired some very strange and even theatrical aspects. The concert platform becomes a theatre stage on which the actress and the soprano provide glimpses into their lives in an atmosphere created by music by Wagner, Strauss, Sibelius and Rangström.
