The Kymi Sinfonietta begins its autumn season with an operatic concert in the company of two radiant, charismatic artists. Mari Palo is one of the most sought-after sopranos both at home in Finland and abroad, and Tiitus Ylipää ranks among Finland’s most promising young opera singers. Both renowned for their versatility, they join Californian conductor Aku Sorensen in a programme of excerpts from operas and operettas by Mozart, Léhar and Strauss.
