The concerts to have been given by the Kymi Sinfonietta on December 2/3 and 16/17, 2020 have been cancelled in accordance with the official regulations issued on November 30. The coronavirus coordination task force has, on the proposal of the Kymsote regional hospital district, declared that the Covid-19 pandemic has reached the spreading phase in the Kymenlaakso region of SE Finland. At the Kymi Sinfonietta we are committed to doing all we can to prevent the epidemic from spreading any further.

The Bizarre Bazaar concerts on December 2/3 and the Christmas concerts on December 16/17 in Kotka and Kouvola have therefore been cancelled. Instructions for how to claim a refund for ticket(s) already purchased are given below. You can if you wish support the work of the Kymi Sinfonietta by not reclaiming and thus donating the price of your ticket(s) to the orchestra.

You can nevertheless see and hear the Kymi Sinfonietta during what remains of the season on the KYMI SINFONIETTA LIVES channels.


  1. Tickets purchased at the Orchestra Office or the Manski (Kouvola) office

To claim a refund:

We will refund your ticket either in the form of a gift voucher for the sum in question (to be mailed to you) or as a bank transfer.

  1. Tickets purchased from Ticketmaster, at the Kuusankoski Hall or the KooKoo office
  • If you purchased your ticket(s) online by credit card, PayPal or Klarna, you do not need to do anything. You will be refunded automatically via the means of payment you used to buy the ticket(s).
  • If you paid for your tickets via online banking, Ticketmaster Finland invoice, a Ticketmaster gift voucher or a booking agent, please fill in the refund form below by the end of January 2021. You must give the number of the bank account into which you want the refund to be paid.

  • The refund will always apply to the whole order and all the tickets in it.
  • Only the price of the ticket for the cancelled event will be refunded, as stated in the sales conditions. Ticketmaster’s handling, delivery and booking charges will not be refunded.
  • The refund will always be paid to the original purchaser of the ticket.

Please note that because of the exceptional circumstances, Ticketmaster’s customer service is extremely overloaded. The Kymi Sinfonietta and Ticketmaster Finland are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and would ask you to be patient.
