He will remain in charge of the orchestra\u2019s finances until March 17, and the orchestra\u2019s office staff will continue to handle the practical affairs and concerts together with the Orchestra Board. Certain essential operative matters will be temporarily entrusted to the Orchestra Manager, <strong>Heidi Mustikkaniemi<\/strong>, until a new Managing Director begins in office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cMy decision is a personal one,\u201d says Mr Lepp\u00e4nen, \u201cand I don\u2019t wish to comment. During the just under 18 months I have spent with the orchestra, a lot of good things have been achieved, for which I\u2019m happy and grateful to the whole working community.
