KYMI SINFONIETTA’S REMAINING SPRING CONCERTS AND PUBLIC EVENTS CANCELLED

(Apart from the opening concert of the Kymijoen Lohisoitto festival on June 3, 2020)

The Kymi Sinfonietta’s remaining spring concerts and public events have been cancelled because of the ongoing coronavirus epidemic until May 31, 2020 in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Finnish authorities.

We are doing all we can to help prevent the coronavirus epidemic from spreading. The Kymi Sinfonietta will, however, continue operating and be visible and audible on the internet in KYMI SINFONIETTA LIVES channels in Facebook, Youtube, Instagram and in Blog site. You’ll find the links for all of these in Kymi Sinfonietta’s website: www.kymisinfonietta.fi Just click the black banner, which says: KYMI SINFONIETTA LIVES, and the links are there!. You don’t have to join Facebook in able to look and listen to the videos. So stay tuned in!

We are closely following the official instructions and will be reviewing the concert situation should there be any major change.

SINGLE AND SEASON TICKETS ALREADY PURCHASED:

  • Single tickets will be refunded.
  • Season ticket holders can claim a refund for the concerts that have been cancelled. To claim, please contact the Kymi Sinfonietta office on tel. 05 234 4891 or toimisto@kymisinfonietta.fi. (The office is operating online, we are not present in the office.)
  • You can if you wish support the Kymi Sinfonietta by not claiming a refund.

Tickets bought via Ticketmaster

The Kymi Sinfonietta has informed Ticketmaster that its concerts have been cancelled, and Ticketmaster will contact you by email and tell you how to claim a refund. If you do not have an email address, please see the Ticketmaster website for info about the cancelled concerts and claim instructions.

Ticketmaster has informed us that there may be a delay of up to 90 days in handling claims as so many events have been cancelled.
