TUULENTEI – IN THE FOOTSTEPS OF MARTTI POKELA
Kuusankoski Hall Kymenlaaksonkatu 1, KouvolaJanuary 2024 marked the 100th anniversary of the birth of Finnish kantele player Martti Pokela. In honour of the centenary, three of his descendants wish to honour their grandfather’s musical legacy by combining forces in a trio with a larger orchestral line-up.

AT HOME IN MUSIC – THE CLARINET PERSPECTIVE
Kotka Concert Hall Keskuskatu 33, Kotka, SuomiThe artists in this concert both have roots in Central Europe, which also provides the substance for the programme. Krzysztof Dobosiewicz and Kymi Sinfonietta clarinettist Csaba Rajnai first joined forces nearly 20 years ago for the premiere of Dobosiewicz’s first clarinet concerto.
